JOP day...
So, we're a military couple, we *gasp* went to the courthouse in June 08 and did the damn thing. We took my BFF - MOH, drank some cocktails and got married. I think it's different for military to JOP, but hey as long as it's for the right reasons, who cares what anyone thinks!
I actually would have been just fine with this being the only ceremony, but the parents on both sides insist on another day with all the family and friends.
Husband goes overseas a lot, and it really was time to get the paperwork done. I know, I know.
It was a lot of fun, and we had classy Kansas City BBQ after. (yes, there's only 1 pictures of the actual thing because my witness cried the entire time.)
